Summer Daze

I knew that I needed to take a break from the blog because it was summer and I was feeling a bit of burnout. It's challenging coming up with constant content and some blog posts can take hours. I do want to continue blogging and sharing a peek into my world, but that may mean shorter posts and possibly less detailed posts.

The photo above is a glimpse of my summer. Looking back through my photos I saw how many fabulous things had happened. I went to Philadelphia and I want to plan more trips out east. I celebrated my 41st birthday with close friends. I opened up my CSA box every two weeks and the best surprise was the watermelon.  I went to Ravinia to hear Tchaikovsky and there were real cannons during the 1812 overture, which scared the bejesus out of me. There was so much more time spent doing, playing and hanging out with friends.

Now, I'm ready to get back to ye olde blog and I hope that you had a wonderful summer and I am looking forward to fall.
